The offering is called, “the Lottie Moon Offering”, after the woman who served for nearly 40 years (1873-1912) as a missionary to China. Angel Tree Christmas Ministry This year we will be participating in the Angel Tree Christmas Ministry to provide gifts for the families of those who are incarcerated. You may pick up tree tags in the foyer. Daily Devotions for Advent (front foyer) Pick up your free copy of the book, “Joy to the World,” with daily readings for the Advent season. Missionary Blessing Box Dec. 4th, 3-5 pm. Ladies, please mark your calendars for our next CHBC Ladies Event. Come to help pack a blessing box for Greg and Jennifer's family and their teammates. For general information, handouts are provided in the front foyer. Here are some extra details: if you would like to help purchase items, you can sign up in the entry way. Please bring your items to the event or bring to the office ahead of time. If you would like to be a part of giving, but don't have time to shop, you might consider just giving money to help send the package overseas. And even if you aren't able to purchase items or give for the postage, please come and enjoy the fellowship of other women and a devotional by Judy Ball.
